Partner Adam Greene focuses his practice at Steinberg Law Firm on workers’ compensation, longshore and harbor workers’ injuries, and Social Security disability claims. He has built a reputation for handling challenging cases and has recovered millions of dollars for individuals whose lives were disrupted by serious workplace injuries.
Adam’s legal background includes representing insurers and employers in injury claims. That experience provides him with firsthand knowledge of how claims are analyzed and disputed. He now uses that understanding to help injured workers overcome denials, strengthen their cases, and pursue the full compensation available under the law.
Raised in a South Carolina region shaped by factories and textile production, Adam observed the far-reaching consequences of job-related injuries from a young age. These experiences influenced his decision to focus his career on advocating for workers and their families during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Adam has been repeatedly recognized in editions of South Carolina Business Magazine’s Legal Elite. He was also selected for 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.Away from work, Adam appreciates time in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and values quiet moments at home with his wife, their two sons, and their dog, Judge.
